Tassie Tour (Small Group): Launceston +Ross

Ross Bakery
Launceston
Wetland Launceston
After meeting with the driving guide, pass through Ross, a quiet town where Hayao Miyazaki's "Kiki's Delivery Service" was originally conceived. Visit the Ross Bakery, if you are interested, when you can purchase a freshly baked vanilla slice. Another famous attraction in the town is Ross Bridge. This beautiful sandstone bridge built in 1836 is the third oldest bridge in Australia. After arriving in Launceston, head to the city for lunch (at your own expense). In the afternoon, go to the Cataract Gorge Reserve, and encounter colorful peacocks and cute wallabies during the walk. You can also take the world's longest single-span chairlift (at your own expense) to enjoy the spectacular and unique view of Cardnet Canyon from above.
