Tasmanian Tasting Tour from Burnie or Devonport Tour

This is a full day tour duration approximately 8 hours. Tour times are 8.30am to 4.30pm. Tours do not operate on Wednesdays. Small group tour (minimum of 2 and maximum of 6 guests). Enjoy the scenery of the beautiful Northwest coast as we travel though diverse landscapes as we travel to the world heritage area of Cradle Mountain. We will drop you off at the Visitors Centre, here you catch the shuttle bus service down to Dove Lake observation point. From here you will have the option to take one of a variety of walks within the national park. All guests must register their walk at Dove Lake and stick to defined walkways and paths. Lunch is at the Tavern Guests must agree to the specific terms and conditions for this tour: During the periods of 1st June to 31st August, there may be times due to weather conditions, road closures may occur. Tasmania Boutique Tours reserves the right to cancel on the day of a tour if road closures occur. Guests will have the option to travel on an alternative date, or receive a 50% refund of the tour. By booking this tour, guests agree to these added conditions.

Full Day tour exploring Devonport and its surrounds. Tour times 9am to 5pm. This tour does not operate on Wednesdays. We will take you on a scenic coastal drive along the Northwest coast through the seaside town of Penguin. Here you can take a photo beside the Big Penguin and visit the Penguin Visitor Information Centre. We will continue our journey to the coastal city of Devonport. We will visit the Bass Strait Maritime Centre, (here you may purchase lunch - at guests own expense). We will then travel to the Mersey Bluff Lighthouse, and Anvers Chocolates for afternoon tea (included in tour price. We will return to Burnie visiting Fernglade Reserve, and Upper Burnie Lookout for photos overlooking the city.

Full day tour. Tour times 9am to 4pm. Tour does not operate on Wednesdays. We will take you on a drive through the beautiful Leven Valley with our first stop at Wings Wildlife Park. Here you will see a range of animals. We will then travel via Ulverstone along the coast to the picturesque seaside town of Penguin. Here you can take a photo beside the Big Penguin, visit the Penguin Visitor Information Centre. We will then travel the coastal route to Burnie, stopping in at Fernglade reserve for a chance to spot a platypus. Our final stop is at the Upper Burnie Lookout for a photographic view over Burnie.

Day Tour duration 6 hours. Tour times 9am to 3pm. Tour does not operate on Wednesdays. Spend the day exploring Burnie overlooking Emu Bay on Tasmania’s north-west coast. We will visit the Upper Burnie Lookout, showcasing the diverse landscape that makes Burnie the city it is today. This tour is a full day tour. Tour times 9am to 5pm. This tour is only available on Thursdays through to Sundays. This tour is designed for adults only and requires a minimum of two guests is required for tour departure. We are unable to cater for single guests on this tour. Tasmania has some of the best wineries in Australia. We will take you to four vineyards in the Mersey Valley. Eastford Creek vineyard , Ghost Rock Winery, Prickly Mo vineyard includes tasting platter for lunch.

This full-day tour. Tour times 9am to 5pm. This tour does not operate on Wednesdays. You will be taken on a beautiful drive along the Northwest coast to the beautiful seaside town of Stanley. Upon arrival, you have the option to walk to the top for a beautiful 2 km walk around and take in the beautiful panoramic views of Stanley and the Northwest coast. During the Months from September to April, you can take the chairlift to the top of the Nut. Visit Stanley’s Little Penguin Colony, and have the chance to walk the main street of Stanley. On tours operating Thursday to Sunday we will visit the lobster ponds at Flowerdale Then commence our drive back along the coast detouring via Table Cape Lighthouse and Lookout.

Full Day Tour, times 9am to 4pm. Tours do not operate on Wednesdays. We will take you on a drive through the beautiful Leven Valley. We will visit Gunn's Plains Caves, and Leven Canyon Lookout. Our route on return will be via the picturesque town of Penguin. Opportunity for photos with The Big Penguin, visit the Penguin Visitor Information Centre. We will then travel to Fernglade Reserve where you may be lucky and spot a platypus in the wild.

This is a full day tour. Tour times 9am to 5pm. Tours do not operate on Wednesdays. Spend a beautiful day traveling along rolling hills, farmland, and forests to the beautiful town of Sheffield overlooked by Mt Rowland. Spend some time walking around town admiring the various Murals of Sheffield. Visit one of the best souvenir shops in Tasmania. Guest have the opportunities to purchase lunch at Sheffield at own expense. Our afternoon will take us on a drive to Devonport via Anvers Chocolate Factory for afternoon tea (included in tour price). Will will then stop at Braddon Lookout for wonderful views over the Forth Valley.

Full Day Tour. Tour times: 10 am to 5 pm. Tours do not operate on Wednesdays. Please note that this is an adults-only tour. A minimum of two guests for the tour to operate. This tour is available Thursdays through to Sundays. Please Note that we will require a minimum of 72 hours for booking this tour to ensure we can secure tastings at each venue. Please advise at time of booking of any dietary requirements, we will attempt to meet these requirements as best as possible. Join us on a tasting journey along the beautiful Northwest coast of Tasmania. We will start the day off at the Taphouse - Penguin Beer Co, then travel to Devonport to visit Island Brewing and Southern Wild Distillery. The day sees us finishing at Communion Brewing Co.
