Charters and Transfers

Fly over scenic Hobart city and Mount Wellington and then southbound to the picturesque Huon Valley, abundant with Tasmania’s renowned apple orchards. Land beside the tranquil Huon River where you will board the Huon River Jet Boat. (Includes jet boat ride and morning/afternoon tea.) This flight requires a minimum of two people and departs at 12 noon. There is the ability to pick your own time however, this is subject to a change in price.

If you choose to take a Trial Introductory Flight you will get hands-on experience of flying a helicopter with one of our flying instructors. A Trial Inductory Flight is ideal for anyone interested in training to fly to discover whether you enjoy flying helicopters.

Enjoy panoramic views of the historical waterfront, the Tasman Bridge and spectacular Mount Wellington. This 20-minute flight is the ideal opportunity to capture video footage and those once in a lifetime photographs. This flight requires a minimum of two people and departs at 11:30. There is the ability to pick your own time however this is subject to a change in price.

Discover the rugged splendor of our coastline and experience the spectacular ambiance of southern Tasmania. Begin your journey with views of Hobart city, traveling on to encompass the Port Arthur Historic Site and the remarkable Tasman Peninsula. You will pass varied scenery over a coastline renowned for its jagged sea cliffs. This flight requires a minimum of two people.

Fly in a helicopter over Hobart, the Tasman Bridge, the harbour and Wrest Point while taking in views of Mount Wellington. Arrive at Frogmore Creek Winery or Riversdale Estate. Lunch is at an additional cost. Frogmore Creek Winery includes a free wine tasting. Complimentary pick up in company vehicle after you have enjoyed lunch (2 hours).

Enjoy a flight over the Hobart city waterfront and through the enchanting Huon Valley en route to Home Hill Winery. Savour the rustic, rammed earth ambiance of Home Hill whilst mellowing during your leisurely fine wine tour of the vineyard. Sample the award-winning wines and feast on gourmet Tasmanian delicacies. (Includes guided tour and wine tasting. Lunch is additional.) This flight requires a minimum of two people. Helicopter will wait on the ground at Home Hill for 2 hours, then return you back to Rotorlift base.

Fly direct to Bangor, taking in views of Hobart's southeastern shores and Boomer Island Castle. Land at Bangor and enjoy the beautiful produce the wine and oyster shed has to offer. Lunch is an additional cost. Fly back to Rotor-Lift base after enjoying 2 hours at the gorgeous Dunalley location.
