The Duck River Meadows Robotic Dairy is a state-of-the-art automated dairy, located in far North West Tasmania, offering daily tours throughout the facility. Join one of the enthusiastic, knowledgeable tour guides and be captivated by the futuristic robotic production of the purest milk Tasmania can produce. The Dairy is also home to the La Cantara Cheese factory. Occasionally, there will be days when you may see the Cheesemaker creating their artisan cheeses. The tour concludes at the Duck River Meadows Pavilions where you are welcome to sample and purchase their unique range of delectable crafted cheeses. A wonderful opportunity to take home products that you have witnessed the fascinating production process from paddock to plate. Located just under two hours from Devonport and the Spirit of Tasmania terminal, the Duck River Meadows Robotic Dairy is just 15 minutes from Stanley. A great experience on route to explore the Tarkine Drive, or traveling south to Strahan.
