All tours can be personalised. Travel 35 minutes from Hobart to reach the picturesque sailing village of Kettering. From there embark on a 15 minute ferry ride across the D'Entrecasteaux Channel to arrive at the northernmost point on Bruny Island. Travel on to the Neck lookout, with stops at Get Shucked Oysters and Bruny Island Cheese. Visit Adventure Bay followed by a photographic hunt for the rare albino white wallaby On to Bruny Island Premium Wines for lunch and the Bruny Island lighthouse. Return via House of Whisky tasting.

Tasmania is blessed with an abundance of mountains, lakes and rivers; and this tour has selected some of the best. Start the day with a climb up Mount Wellington with the best views of Hobart. Drive through the picturesque Derwent Valley. Stop at Stefano Lubiana Wines and/or Derwent Valley Estate. Follow the Tyenna River on to Mt Field National Park and a 15 minute rainforest walk to the spectacular Russell Falls. Perhaps try your hand at fly fishing. Drive and climb to Lake Dobson and then on to Franklin-Gordon Wild Rivers National Park, home to David Attenborough's "Walking with Dinosaurs" documentary. As with all of our tours, the itinerary is flexible according to passenger wishes.

The Indulgence Coal River Valley private tour is for those looking to escape for the day by immersing themselves in a broad range of local food, wine and enjoyable experiences. With the largest concentration of boutique cool climate vineyards in Tasmania (and the closest to Hobart), the Coal River Valley provides a diverse range of cellar door tasting experiences. We avoid the crowds and visit smaller, less well-known and family run vineyards. If we find a large bus load of tourists at any particular cellar, we will scoot onto the next one (usually only a few minutes away) and return later. The tour includes: lunch at an award winning winery restaurant; extensive wine tastings (you choose if you want to stay at a couple or move on to several); local cheese and produce tastings; hearing from experienced winemakers; and door to door transport service. You will be taken wine tasting at very different wineries where you can enjoy wine, cheese and local produce. With your assistance, Daytripperz chooses wineries that will best suit your preferences. A morning exploring the spectacular coastal cliffs and scenic attractions of the Tasman Peninsula. Continue up the East Coast, lunch at Devil's Corner Vineyard and on to Freycinet Peninsula. Walk to the Wineglass Bay lookout and return via Cape Tourville. Finish with a dozen oysters or two at Barilla Bay, washed down with a bottle of Tasmanian Pinot Noir.
