This experience provides a sample of everything Tasmania has to offer - exceptional scenery, award-winning wine and precious wildlife. The experience commences by travelling to the summit of Mt Wellington 1271 metres above the city of Hobart. Mt Wellington is officially known as Kunanyi. On arrival at the summit you will have the opportunity to capture some spectacular panoramic views over southern Tasmania. Next stop is Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary a sanctuary for Tasmanian wildlife. At Bonorong you will have the opportunity to meet the Tasmanian devil and stroll the sanctuary feeding kangaroos. Final stop either Nocton Vineyard or Everyman & His Dog Vineyard in the heart of the Coal Valley Wine region for a wine and cheese tasting.

We are 41 room hotel in the heart of Salamanca, Hobart surrounded by many of the best eating and dining establishments in Hobart. Our hotel lies within two converted convict built ex-warehouses, which are designed to reflect and show this heritage connection whilst bringing the wilderness of Tasmania into the hotel through our multi-storey plant filled light-wells and planted areas. Many of our rooms feature sandstone walls and exposed timber beams. We are a both boutique and unique. Each guest is treated as a family member and our hotel is truly a sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle of this vibrant southern city. Almost all of the room fixtures and its furniture and other rooms product has been sourced locally from Tasmanian suppliers. Staying here is a true Tasmanian experience.

Salamanca Inn is a Tasmanian owned and operated 4.5 star all suite hotel located within the Salamanca precinct and only a very short stroll to the attractions of Hobart's vibrant waterfront. This historic area is home to some of Hobart's best cafes, restaurants, bars, galleries and specialty shops. The hotel consists of 63 self-contained suites ranging from One Bedroom to Three Bedroom to Executive Spa Suites. These can accommodate from One to Six people. Guests can enjoy Foxtel, guaranteed car parking, indoor pool and spa, laundry facilities and WiFi all included in the room tariff. There is also a 50 seat onsite restaurant, Birdsong Restaurant, specialising in locally sourced fresh seafood and produce and Cape Grim beef. The Salamanca Apartments provide unique accommodation near Hobart's waterfront and offer close proximity to Salamanca Place. Choose between Dockside Salamanca and Salamanca Battery Point apartments. The Dockside Salamanca Apartments are located within the original sandstone warehouses of Salamanca Place, offering two-bedroom accommodation with two bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, and Juliet balcony, plus a rear courtyard with a barbecue. The Salamanca Battery Point Apartments are situated behind the original sandstone warehouses, appointed with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and balcony with barbecue. On Saturday morning, Salamanca Place comes alive with the colourful outdoor Salamanca Market. Please note these apartments are stair access only, with no elevator at the premises.
