Adventure on the Tasmanian Tasting Trail

Lunch at Truffles of Tasmania
Salmon & Ginseng Farm Tasmania
Tasting at 41 South Tasmania
When we go to a restaurant, we always try and find things to eat that you can’t make at home. We’ve put together a tour that does just that. This adventure takes you through some of Tasmania's finest food and farm experiences, which introduces you to truffles, ginseng, Tasmanian salmon and Tasmanian wines and ciders. Heard of chocolate honey? It’s worth tasting. Try 40 varieties of honey and witness the working bee-hive at Melita Honey… a sweet start to our adventure. Take part in a truffle hunt and tasting, ride around the farm on our E-Bikes, and meet the friendly farm animals. Then stop at 41 Degrees South Tasmania. Here, you’ll visit the working salmon and Ginseng farm. Take a short walk to see the farm’s beautiful surroundings before tasting some fresh produce. If that’s not enough, we have more! We head to Spreyton Cider for a tasting paddle and a chance to reminisce on your favourite foods. It’s a perfect space for wrapping up our tastings. If you love fresh air, unique food experiences, and a bit of adventure, this tour offers the perfect blend for a day out in Tasmania. DIFFICULTY Mild - Some experience on bikes required.
