Omaroo House is located on the edge of the CBD within the Heritage precinct of Hobart's top-rated suburb West Hobart and is only a five to ten-minute walk to the city, Salamanca and Constitution Dock. At the front of the house, there is a lounge room to get away from the kids that sits next to the main bedroom. There is a lovely open lounge, dining and kitchen area with stunning panoramic views of the Derwent River and hills. You will see yachts racing a couple of days of the week and cruise ships regularly in the warmer months. The new kitchen is spacious, fully equipped with a Microwave, Gas Cook Top and dishwasher, the dining table seats six. There is a BBQ and as the deck is covered it can be used all year round. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third bedroom has a single bed and a rollout trundle. Omaroo House is child friendly having a portacot, high chair and a separate bath.

Entry to the apartment is via the private front gate at the front of the single city apartment, featuring a staircase leading up to a separate bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Situated only two blocks from the CBD. With views of one of Hobart's oldest and most beautiful private schools and Cathedral from your bedroom window, and views of the city from the kitchen windows. The space includes unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, one off-street parking bay, kitchen with all the basics such as fridge, oven, microwave and kettle, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and sanitiser. The apartment includes a Queen sized bed with the highest quality linen and towels. Flat screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioner and panel heater and Separate laundry is available. Another thing to note is that the entry is via a fairly steep staircase and may not be suitable for small children or the elderly.
