Roxburgh House circa 1880 is one of Hobart’s most beautiful old buildings. Located in hip MidTown and only a short stroll (approximately) 300 metres to the main shops and another five minutes to the bustling Hobart waterfront. There are three apartments in the heritage-listed Victorian building. perfect for individuals, couples or groups of up to 14 friends or families to stay together in comfort and style. But only the ground floor Apartment 2 is available currently. The ground floor - Apartment Two - has one bedroom with a grand separate sitting room, kitchen, new bathroom and washing machine and drier. Great for one or two couples or a family with two children who can share a double sofa bed. Accommodates up to four guests. A two-night minimum stay applies.
