Are you yearning to spend a week just to develop your painting skills where all of your needs are taken care of? Imagine stepping into a week where all your meals are cooked, where you get an entire bedroom to yourself full of plush linens and soft pillows. You start your day with a breakfast or a gentle walk in a quiet street before settling into a full day of undisturbed painting where meals made from the fresh backyard produce get delivered to you and a master artist is by your side to help you through any painting struggles. Occasionally you get driven to incredibly inspiring vistas and farmlands where you can snap more painting content than you could paint in one lifetime. That is what your retreat will look like. We call this ‘Colley Country’ because it features all of Colley's favourite subjects….Amongst the rolling green hills sits a single streetscape untouched by commerce or tourism. Beyond the hills, lies an epic landscape in every direction. Green rolling hills, stunningly clear rivers in deep valleys and access to remote painting locations unseen by most visitors. With a maximum of 10 students and paired with one of Australia's most renowned landscape oil painters Colley Whisson - join us for an experience like no other.

Enclave curates an all-inclusive package for groups wanting to combine the jaw dropping sites of North East Tasmania with paddock to plate meals and group spaces.

Winnaleah

Winnaleah RV Park is located on Winnaleah Road, Winnaleah, Tasmania. The park has free camping for self-contained RV's only, no tents are allowed. The maximum stay is fourteen (14) days. The park is dog friendly. Public toilets are located at Winnaleah Hall, 20 Main Street, Winnaleah, a couple of minutes' drive from the RV park.

The Dales of Derby is purpose-built group accommodation catering for groups of up to 24 people. The contemporary architecture comprises a warm interior with thoughtful attention to detail and is arranged to ensure a natural flow for even the largest group. The generous common area with a wood heater and full kitchen forms the hub of the building. This is a place to gather in the mornings for breakfast and to plan the adventures of the day ahead, then regroup in the evenings to recount your feats and discoveries. Includes an outdoor undercover deck and BBQ, generous bike shed, and disabled access/bathroom facilities. When it’s finally time to wind up for the evening, retire to the comfortable sleeping area. Four rooms feature queen-sized beds and the remaining two rooms in the sleeping area contain group bunk bed accommodations for 16. Settled on the banks of the Ringarooma River, the Dales offer a perfect hub for groups wanting to enjoy the serene surrounds or experience the world-class mountain biking the area is famous for. The Dales was awarded the 2019 Barry McNeill Award for Sustainable Architecture and the Commercial Architecture Award by the Australian Institute of Architecture, Tasmanian Chapter.
