The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities add convenience, while free off-street parking is available. The bedding configuration consists of a king-sized bed in the master bedroom (ensuite), queen-sized beds in the second and third bedrooms, and two additional bathrooms. The apartment accommodates a maximum of six guests. Please note that access is via two flights of stairs, it is a non-smoking property, pets are not allowed, and the driveway is located at street level.
