Set on 100 acres in the picturesque hamlet of Koonya on the Tasman Peninsula surrounded by pristine eucalypt forest and with total privacy, Wildwood enjoys stunning views over undulating pasture towards Norfolk Bay with a mountain backdrop in the distance - a perfect picture box scene where the mood and light change constantly. The retreat is well appointed, spacious, airy, and light with floor to ceiling windows, so that in the upper level you feel as if you are floating in the treetops. The property has a 7 star energy rating and is clad in sustainably sourced spotted gum. The property offers free fast NBN broadband, a Smart TV with Netflix as well as free to air and catch up TV. The retreat also enjoys underfloor heating in the ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath and bi-fold windows that can be opened out to enjoy the pastoral and water views, as well as the stars at night. Wildwood is attached to the main dwelling but is otherwise totally private with its own entry, garden and parking area. The owners do not encroach on the retreat side of the property when guests are in situ as guests privacy is treated as sacrosanct.

Parker Holiday Cottages offer self-contained accommodation in Nubeena, 10 minutes from Port Arthur. Three, two bedroom units, accommodating up to four people. Each unit has full cooking facilities, microwave , small stove oven, heating, electric blankets, television. There is also a guest laundry onsite and barbecue facilities nearby. Units are centrally positioned to all natural and historic attractions on the Tasman Peninsula; Tasman Arch, Devils Kitchen, Remarkable Caves, Port Arthur Historic Site, and Historic Coal Mines. The Tasman Peninsula has plenty to see and do; golfing, sea kayaking, scuba diving, eco cruise, visit Tasmanian Devils, bush walking, all within easy reach. The Tasman Peninsula has a spectacular rugged cliffs coastline.

Welcome to Blossoms on the Bay - a beautifully restored 1930s cottage in the quiet seaside village of Nubeena, only ten minutes drive from historic Port Arthur on the Tasman Peninsula. Situated on a large allotment, enjoy beautiful views of Parsons Bay from the deck. Conveniently located near local shops and the quirky Lucky Ducks Cafe, as well as a short drive from the lavender farm, Fox and Hound Tavern, the Chocolate Factory, and the Convict trail. Come and visit our cosy home away from home. The space is a beautifully furnished charming 1930’s restored cottage. We look forward to welcoming you to our cosy, spacious cottage on a large allotment to enjoy. Our property is frequented by local wildlife, and we have our own resident bandicoot family, see if you can find them. Please note that the toilet is located at the back of the property through the laundry and the floor may be uneven at times. We also have a cot, please let us know beforehand if required. Kids are most welcomed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. Our favourite thing to do in the evenings is to listen to our record collection which we hope you will enjoy as well and there are plenty of books to keep you occupied.
