In 1821 our family first settled the East Coast of Tasmania. Our family have been living and loving this land for almost 200 years. We are surrounded by 4 wild rivers and 5 private forest reserves. This pristine environment and our connection to the land allows us to consistently some of Tasmania's best cool-climate wines. We are recognised as the second oldest family business in Tasmania. Our cellar door is a quirky old green weatherboard house which should not be missed on Great Eastern Drive, only 25 minutes from Freycinet National Park. We produce World Class Pinot Noir "Constable Amos", Sparkling, Riesling, Pinot Gris and our Multi-Award Winning Late Harvest Riesling (sweet) for exclusive sales and tastings. We also produce Super Fine Merino Throws and Sheep Skins from our ethically grown sheep. We offer 3 separate wine tasting flights so why not call into Gala Estate Vineyard for a truly unique Tasmanian cellar door experience. Bookings are essential to afford disappointment
