Briar Lane offers three boutique self-contained accommodation options, set amongst five acres of gardens with sweeping views of the Great Western Tiers. It is one of Evandale's oldest established properties, dating back to the 1820s and only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Evandale. Breakfast provisions provided include eggs, milk, bread and butter, plus a selection of cereals and accompaniments. The kitchens contain stoves, microwaves and fridges. There is free WIFI, electric blankets, reverse cycle air conditioning and smart TVs. Each space contains laundry and ironing facilities, and access to an outside clothesline. Bathroom toiletries are provided and off-street parking is at your door. Briar Lane House can accommodate seven guests. There are four upstairs bedrooms; queen, single, double and a twin single. There are two bathrooms; one upstairs and one downstairs. Unit 1 can accommodate three guests. It has one bedroom which contains a queen and a single bed. It is a single level unit and a good option for guests with mobility issues. Unit 2 can accommodate four guests. The upstairs attic bedroom contains a double and a single bed, whilst the living/kitchen area downstairs also contains a single bed. Please note that the bathroom is downstairs and the staircase is steep. Guests with mobility issues would be advised to consider booking Unit 1 instead.

Woolmers Estate offers colonial accommodation across six self-contained cottages in Longford, Tasmania. Built in the 1840s, the cottages range from one to three bedrooms and can accommodate between two and six guests. Four Free Settlers Cottages have been designed to appeal to groups of friends travelling together, couples and independent travelers. These cottages are in blocks of two with doors that may be opened to interconnect them if required. Each cottage has a wood burning heater plus electric heating and a self-contained kitchen. The cottages were once home to tradespeople who worked on the estate. Woolmers Estate is a significant example of a 19th century rural farm settlement in Australia. Wander around the extensive grounds, colonial buildings and the Rose Garden. Soak up the atmosphere of a bygone era and take a guided convict tour or guided tour of the main homestead. This splendid homestead has family collections, original furniture and memorabilia. Panshanger Estate provides boutique accommodation near Longford in Northern Tasmania. Fully equipped and self-contained accommodation is offered in the newly renovated, northern wing of the main homestead. Dating from 1830 the spacious private apartment features, a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a separate bath and shower, a living room with a working fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.
