The Empire Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel, positioned right in the heart of the historic township of Deloraine. The Hotel showcases some of Tasmania’s finest timbers and craftsmanship throughout while preserving the ornate old Victorian charm of this era. The Empire Hotel has a fantastic horseshoe bar with a cosy open log fire, a restaurant and café. Cycles restaurant and café offers a modern Australian essence, which reflects the hotel's history and main focus in utilising fresh, local and seasonal ingredients sourced from some of Tasmania’s finest producers. Kenya Cottage provides self-contained accommodation in historic Deloraine, Tasmania. Surrounded by lovely gardens, the Meander River is just a short stroll away. The cottage is ideal for families, accommodating up to six guests (four adults and two children). There are two queen bedrooms, appointed with a queen-size bed and two single beds (plus cot if required). The spacious lounge area has an inviting wood fire and there is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Located at the base of the Great Western Tiers mountain range, Kenya Cottage is the perfect base for families, couples or groups to explore Tasmania's north. From Deloraine you can discover natural wonders including Cradle Mountain, Marakoopa caves, Liffey Falls and the Great Lake. Deloraine is a centre for arts and crafts and is conveniently located within a 30-minute drive of the Tamar Valley wineries. There are lots of nearby activities for the whole family including wildlife parks, maze, golf and fly-fishing. Visit historic villages and taste some of the local produce or just relax with a good book by the fire. Deloraine is approximately a 30-minute drive from Launceston (34 kilometres).

A former Baptist Chapel which is presented now as a two bedroom, cottage style, accommodation. Facilities include a living/dining area, small kitchen with all cooking facilities, laundry, and modern bathroom with deep bath. Warmed by a wood heater and extra guest treats to be enjoyed such as port and chocolates. Located within walking distance of the main street of Deloraine filled with many cafes, bakeries, clothing and arts and crafts shop. A short walk to the beautiful Meander River, the Kooparoona Niara Cultural Walk along the river, and, a little further to the Wildwoods Walk. Centrally located for day trips to the Great Lake, Liffey Falls, Mole Creek Caves, Devil's Gullet, and, to the cities of Devonport and Launceston with their attractions.
