Harland Rise Chapel, a meticulously renovated heritage-listed structure from the 1830s, seamlessly blends historical charm with contemporary comforts. Set amidst the tranquility of a working farm in the White Hills region, it's a mere five-minute drive from the historic town of Evandale in Northern Tasmania. Accommodating four people comfortably, Harland Rise Chapel boasts two king beds (with the loft bed converting into two singles), two bathrooms, a kitchenette and dining/lounge leading onto a spacious outdoor deck area. Featuring Tasmanian oak floors, a wood-burning combustion stove, reverse cycle air-conditioning, an outdoor firepit, and breathtaking panoramic views of the valley, it provides the perfect setting to unwind and relax. Conveniently situated just a short drive from Launceston airport, the charming village of Evandale, Launceston city, wineries, and the Ben Lomond ski fields and walking trails, Harland Rise Chapel provides easy access to a variety of attractions in the area.

Briar Lane offers three boutique self-contained accommodation options, set amongst five acres of gardens with sweeping views of the Great Western Tiers. It is one of Evandale's oldest established properties, dating back to the 1820s and only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Evandale. Breakfast provisions provided include eggs, milk, bread and butter, plus a selection of cereals and accompaniments. The kitchens contain stoves, microwaves and fridges. There is free WIFI, electric blankets, reverse cycle air conditioning and smart TVs. Each space contains laundry and ironing facilities, and access to an outside clothesline. Bathroom toiletries are provided and off-street parking is at your door. Briar Lane House can accommodate seven guests. There are four upstairs bedrooms; queen, single, double and a twin single. There are two bathrooms; one upstairs and one downstairs. Unit 1 can accommodate three guests. It has one bedroom which contains a queen and a single bed. It is a single level unit and a good option for guests with mobility issues. Unit 2 can accommodate four guests. The upstairs attic bedroom contains a double and a single bed, whilst the living/kitchen area downstairs also contains a single bed. Please note that the bathroom is downstairs and the staircase is steep. Guests with mobility issues would be advised to consider booking Unit 1 instead.

Situated in the picturesque heritage village of Evandale, Arendon Cottage is a charming two-bedroom Georgian cottage. Recently renovated and returned to its original design. The cottage is fully self-contained including full kitchen and laundry facilities. Although Evandale is just a short ten-minute drive from Launceston and a five-minute drive from the airport, you could be forgiven for thinking that you were a world away from the 'hustle and bustle' and have been transported back to a more relaxed time. Many people stay at Arendon Cottage for the convenience of being close to Launceston, the regional centre for Northern Tasmania. Within easy walking distance of coffee shops, bakery, pubs and all manner of village stores and galleries. If you visit on a Sunday a short stroll to the end of the street you will be delighted to find the Evandale village market; one of the best in the state. During the months of February and March, the village comes alive with the National Penny-farthing Championships, Village Fair and the internationally acclaimed Glover Art Awards.
