The Stable Lofts comprise of 4 separate Loft quarters, each perfect for two people and great for friends or small groups enjoying some time together. Due to the nature of the Stables, we do not host infants/children or pets. You’ll find complimentary gourmet goodies such as ground coffee beans, free-range eggs from our chooks, and the ultimate fire-pit accompaniments – hot cocoa and marshmallows! A beautiful place to stay, set in lush private gardens including a grove of National Trust-listed sequoias, in the historic Hawthorn Villa Estate on the edge of Carrick village. Gather gourmet goodies from your travels to enjoy at your Stable or experience our local Inn for a hearty meal and see the town’s rich history through photos and stories. The mudbrick Stable keeps the perfect temperature with aircon giving instant warmth in winter and cool in summer. Valmont Farms is conveniently located approximately 25 minutes drive from the centre of Launceston and the Launceston airport. This property houses an equestrian venue and horse farm. However, there is lots of available space to host campers on site. This space offers a large flat carpark and grassy areas for campers, with access to a toilet. The location is central for tourists to explore the many attractions of northern Tasmania. Nearby guests can explore the historic townships of Westbury and Carrick, whilst only a 30 minute drive to Launceston. The venue for Agfest is located nearby.
