The Empire Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel, positioned right in the heart of the historic township of Deloraine. The Hotel showcases some of Tasmania’s finest timbers and craftsmanship throughout while preserving the ornate old Victorian charm of this era. The Empire Hotel has a fantastic horseshoe bar with a cosy open log fire, a restaurant and café. Cycles restaurant and café offers a modern Australian essence, which reflects the hotel's history and main focus in utilising fresh, local and seasonal ingredients sourced from some of Tasmania’s finest producers. We have a range of rooms including en-suited queen-size rooms, queen rooms with shared bathrooms, twin share single and single rooms. Cordwainer Studio offers high quality, self-catered accommodation in a garden setting in the midst of Deloraine, Tasmania. The studio accommodates two people in a Queen-sized bed with garden views. The studio opens onto a deck and vegetable garden. Guests have access to the garden and the nearby stone-walled stream for picnics and entertainment. The property has a resident platypus, along with a population of native frogs and endangered burrowing crayfish.
