Artists from all over Tasmania have been invited to respond to the theme of 'Light House'. The exhibition will be opened on the Strahan Solstice weekend and will be open to public until the 31st of July. This formal opening will be an exclusive, ticketed only event. Tickets will be limited. Attendees will be greeted at the door and offered a glass of Tasmania wine or beer, along with nibbles of local produce.

Delight in an evening of culinary indulgence as Strahan Village presents a five-course wine dinner at View 42˚ Restaurant and Bar. Created by acclaimed projection artist Alex Moss, Beyond the Forest draws inspiration from early maps that once labelled the region 'Transylvania'—meaning 'beyond the forest.' Through powerful imagery and immersive soundscapes, the show explores themes of isolation, resilience, and renewal. It's a tribute to Queenstown's dramatic landscape and the strength of communities shaped by industry and adversity. This free event invites visitors to step into a layered, moving story that celebrates Queenstown's fierce spirit and breathtaking surrounds. This is our new three bedroom self-contained free standing house at 9 Innes Street, right next to our Studio “King” and two-bedroom apartment “Kelly” at 11 Innes St. It has two bathrooms. The ramp to the house and the walk in shower make this easy for wheelchair access. The 9 Innes Street East property has two queen bedrooms, and the third bedroom has a bunk set suitable for two adults. The kitchen, dining and living areas are quite large. The free BBQ is on the large deck facing Macquarie Harbour. Free WiFi.

The Navigators of Strahan, 11 Innes Street offers two spacious holiday units under the one roof. Unit "King" is a Studio, and Unit "Kelly" is a two-bedroom apartment. Unit "King" has a king bed and Unit "Kelly" a queen and two singles. Both are fully self contained and have generous living and kitchen areas, television, DVD player, electric blankets and covered decks with outdoor furniture. They each have a separate entrance and share a covered walkway from the double garage. Each unit shares laundry, barbecue and phone facilities. Free WIFI. The units are a five-minute walk to the heart of Strahan and departure points for Gordon River Cruises. Just next door at 9 Innes St. is our new 3 bedroom house called "Tasman".
