Winterbrook House (circa 1890) is a National Trust listed property that has been carefully augmented and styled over time. The fresh and beautifully appointed rooms offer generous contemporary space, against a backdrop of heritage grandeur. The homestead’s serene 1.2 acres of grounds gradually step down to Buttons Creek. Come summer, the riverbank trees are laden with fruit. All this, in the heart of Ulverstone, is just a 12-minute walk to Buttons Beach, an extensive parkland foreshore, with picnic/barbecue facilities and a new skate park. A popular setting for family outings. 600 metres walking distance to the shopping precinct, cafes, and restaurants. Plenty of antique shops, homeware store and new Cultural & Visitor centre. All rooms, including the guest dining room, have office space allocated. Smart TVs in all rooms and Wi-Fi throughout. Winterbrook House is the perfect venue for wedding ceremonies and all special occasions, including shower parties, hens weekends, special birthday celebrations, and anniversaries. The serene private gardens step down to Buttons Creek and a picturesque arbour, ideal for your ceremony. The three rooms available, sleep up to 6 guests. Parking for campervans and tents for larger bookings. Also, Glam camping, yurt hire, and 'reception catering' packages can be arranged. Flowers, beauty therapies, limos; we can arrange the lot!
