Triabunna Barracks is a beautifully redeveloped heritage bed and breakfast, nestled next to the marina in Triabunna. The barracks boast three spacious suites, each featuring a kitchenette and luxurious bathrooms with bath, shower, and heated floors. Each suite comfortably accommodates two adults, with king-size beds that can be arranged as either twin or double. The downstairs suite is designed to be access-friendly. Guests can enjoy a communal dining area and cozy lounge to unwind by the fireplace. An honesty bar is also available. Breakfast is served in the dining room, or guests can opt for a generous continental breakfast in their room. Additionally, there is EV charging available for guest use. Triabunna Barracks are conveniently located 70m from the Marina, close to the Maria Island ferry, local hotels and the supermarket. Activities in the area include visiting local wineries and distilleries, bushwalking on Maria Island and the Maria Island Cruise. The Barracks are just a 70-minute drive from Hobart via the Tasman Highway (A3), and halfway between Port Arthur and Freycinet National Park.

Located on the ground floor, the Bakery room has been designed for accessibility. The room features original exposed stone walls and remnants of the colonial chimney. The luxury access friendly bathroom has heated floors and a beautiful relaxing bathtub. A separate shower with grab rails and fold down timber shower seat completes the room. With a sitting area, kitchenette and plenty of storage for your gear the room is perfect for one, or many nights of luxury accommodation.

Located above the old stables, the Loft room has gorgeous exposed cathedral ceilings and plenty of original exposed stone walls. The luxury bathroom has heated floors and a beautiful relaxing bath tub. A separate shower and top-quality fittings complete the room.
