Your private, self-contained, modern studio cottage is set on our beautiful three-acre property overlooking the stunning Tolpuddle Vineyard and just minutes from the historic Richmond Village - breathe in that fresh Tasmanian air and relax in the peaceful surrounds. Come and discover our quiet, spacious and modern studio accommodation complete with kitchenette, separate bathroom, luscious skincare products, heated towel rail, queen-size bed, luxurious quality linen, electric blanket, relaxed lounge area and reverse cycle air-conditioning with glorious views over the beautiful Tolpuddle Vineyard, Coal River Valley and into Richmond Historic Village beyond. Our family residence is also on-site, so we are on-hand shall you need us, otherwise we will leave you to relax and enjoy your break. We have easy, secure parking to our gated property and being very private, your belongings will be very secure. A light, self-service breakfast will be provided to enjoy at your leisure. Nestled in the Coal River Valley wine region, a short 20-minute drive into Hobart and 15 minutes from Hobart airport, we are a perfect base point from which to discover the greater Hobart region and beyond.

Prossers Ridge Richmond is 52 acres of rural paradise within close proximity to the heritage town of Richmond. The topography slopes up from the road to a large flat top and is dotted with weathered gum trees. There are sweeping views in all directions, including a view of the sunrise to the east and spectacular sunset views toward Hobart's Kunanyi (Mount Wellington). The property has good access for all vehicles, and there are plenty of flat sites for camping at the top of the property. Some minor leveling may be required in parts for RVs. Plenty of space though to find your own peaceful, private patch. And you're welcome to bring your doggo along too! We can only accept self-contained campers, so you'll need to have your own camp toilet. There is a dump point within 10km, located in Sorell. Situated within the Coal Valley Wine Region and just 30 minutes from Hobart, the property is the perfect location for travelers looking to sample glorious local food and wine, before returning to their picturesque base camp to recharge.
