Only a short drive away from Hobart's top restaurants and shopping districts, including Salamanca, Battery Point, the CBD, and Sandy Bay. The home easily accommodates up to four guests with two generous and well-appointed bedrooms. Both bedrooms are generous in size and feature built-in wardrobes and Queen-sized beds. The self-contained kitchen contains a fridge, cooktops, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is generous in size with views of Wrest Point, city and the Derwent River. There is a four-seated dining table. With a newly renovated bathroom, also houses the laundry with both a washing machine and a dryer. This property is warm and cosy in winter and cool in Summer with a reverse cycle air conditioner, with separate heaters in bedrooms. A designated off-street carport space for one car behind the home makes it extra convenient to check in and unpack shopping, with free on-street parking. There is a great sunny deck for enjoying a morning coffee. High-quality linen including freshly laundered towels for each guest.
