There is a selection of locally produced gourmet foods and condiments, as well as gourmet gift hampers. Visitor Information, a Laundry Service and Souvenirs are also available here. Local artists run Workshops from the gallery including Paint & Sip, Drawing Workshops and Pour & Sip Candle Making Workshops.

No previous kayak experience is required to participate, just arrive at the pre-arranged departure point and we take care of the rest! Discover our extensive collection of heritage rolling-stock and locomotives, along with the history of the Derwent Valley Line and its importance in the development of the region. Guided tours of New Norfolk Station and our adjacent workshop facilities are available every Wednesday and Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. Specialised tours for large groups, bus tours and school excursions are available upon request.
