Welcome to the launch of ‘The Gin Station’ @ Alchymia Distillery. Join the distiller at his Gin station and understand the process of making Gin ‘one shot’ style. Look smell and touch the botanicals that we use when making our range of Gins here on site. Then be guided through a tasting of three of our Gins. Strictly Over 18’s Only allowed on-site.

Alchymia Distillery is a boutique small batch craft distillery making Tasmanian whisky and gin on-site from the finest Tasmanian ingredients. Offering Distillery tours where you meet the maker and a tasting room where visitors can come and enjoy the view and soak up the 'spirit' of Table Cape. Our tourism experience includes distillery tours, bottle sales and platters of locally made Red Cow organic cheese (please call to book platters in the winter prior to arrival). Private cask sales are available to the true whisky lover who would like to make their own whisky and follow its journey through to maturation. Our venue is strictly over 18's only. We are a boutique distillery offering behind the scenes tours with the distiller, where visitors get to understand the process of making our single malt whisky from start to finish. After the tour they get to taste our handmade spirits in our beautiful tasting room. Located at Table Cape on the rugged NW coast of Tasmania only 100mtrs off the Bass Highway 7kms from Wynyard.
