Where 3 of our Single Malt Single Cask Whiskies will be carefully paired with an amuse bouche of local produce. We welcome you to our family business a small-batch Boutique Distillery at Table Cape on the rugged NW coast of Tasmania making Whisky, Gin, Vodka and Liqueurs on-site from scratch with passion and love. Our Tasting Room and Distillery is open to the public Friday- Sunday 12-4 pm During the week we run unique Distillery Experiences check out the website for a full list of the experiences on offer. Welcome to the launch of ‘The Gin Station’ @ Alchymia Distillery. Join the distiller at his Gin station and understand the process of making Gin ‘one shot’ style. Look smell and touch the botanicals that we use when making our range of Gins here on site. Then be guided through a tasting of three of our Gins. Strictly Over 18’s Only allowed on-site.
