Drifters End Distilling Company is a boutique Tasmanian distillery that is founded, owned and operated by Sam and Chris Jones - travel buddies, business partners, sisters, and best friends. Sam and Chris have travelled to and lived in a number of other countries, and it was only when they came to Tasmania that they finally "found home". The distillery was founded with the aim to create spirits that celebrate Tasmania and pay homage to those places experienced on their journey here. Visit us at our cellar door for tastings and a tour of the distillery, where all spirits are hand-crafted and batch distilled. Tasmanian Mushroom farm in an old 1891-built railway tunnel providing gourmet mushrooms of high quality to local restaurants. These mushrooms are grown in a very unique and wonderful environment. Tunnel Hill Mushrooms is one of only two mushroom farms operating in a disused railway tunnel in Australia.
