Self-catering, small group, executive accommodation within the Tamar Valley Wine Trail and close to Launceston, Tasmania. Tamar House is set in over a hectare of gardens and offers serenity and comfort after a long day enjoying the delights of the Launceston region, Tasmania. The property, with its own private jetty, is located on the banks of the Tamar River Conservation Area; an area of outstanding natural beauty and wetland habitat to many native animals and plants. Perfect for small groups, the self-contained, self-catering, accommodation has four modern ensuite bedrooms. Rooms can be configured to accommodate couples and singles in King or Twin beds (up to eight people maximum). The large, modern dining and lounge room area, with a well equipped full kitchen, is a great space for friends, family and colleagues to chat, drink, eat and tell stories. The extensive deck, overlooking the Tamar Estuary, offers an alternative retreat to relax and enjoy the beauty of Rosevears. Enjoy a quiet moment with a good book and a glass of local Tasmanian wine. The large shed is a great place to securely store equipment overnight.

The entire house is offered for the personal use of up to 8 adults. Guest accommodation is situated in a stand alone building that sits beside the main house.
