A festival celebrating onset of Autumn in the Tasmanian Heartlands over the long weekend in March. The festival celebrates the history, culture and traditions of the Tasmanian Heartlands region. Featuring a Bush Feast cooking over fire; the Tasmanian Chilli & Cheese Festival; Autumn Harvest Long Table Lunch and Make It, Bake and Growers Market.

Ross Village Green will come alive with spice and cheese on Sunday 14th December. Enjoy a tantalising array of exhibitor stalls featuring the best of chilli and cheese across the region. Get behind the competitors vying for the crown in their five chilli and cheese-eating competitions on centre stage. Live music by the fantastic Sean Mullen on guitar, and a special appearance by Sandra Beynon, vocalist.
