The Seabrook Hotel offers affordable motel accommodation at Somerset, on Tasmania's North West Coast. Somerset is a five-minute drive west of Burnie (6 km) and two hours from Launceston (154 km). The hotel rooms have all just been renovated. Double and Family rooms (three or four people) are all available, all with ensuite bathrooms, colour televisions, heaters and tea and coffee making facilities. The Hotel also features a public bar, tasty bistro meals, a gaming lounge and other gaming facilities, and an attached Bottleshop. The Hotel is located on the coast, opposite Somerset Beach. Somerset is close to a number of North West attractions. You can swim at nearby beaches, go fishing or boating. See fields of spring flowers at the Table Cape Tulip Farm or try delicious gourmet produce at a local cheese maker. Cradle Mountain National Park in Tasmania's World Heritage Wilderness Area is a one-and-a-half-hour drive south of Somerset. Here you can experience Tasmania's breathtaking alpine landscape, walk through forests and alongside mountain lakes and encounter Tasmania's native wildlife, including wallabies, possums and wombats.
