The Pop-up Rocket Cafe, located at Southport Tasmania operates from November to April offering coffee, a variety of hot drinks, ice cream cones, home-baked cookies and cakes. Also providing Tourist Information at the Southern most end of the highway system in Australia.

Launching into dark tannin rich waters of Lune River, under the gaze of the southern ranges, we journey downstream looking for birds and learning about the history of the area before reaching the clear ocean water and sandy beaches at Southport. Immerse yourself in the bush and listen to the birds as we paddle from the River to the Ocean stopping for a tasty morning tea on the beach in Hastings Bay.
