Join me at the conclusion of vintage 2025 in the Coal River and Derwent Valleys to walk the rows of the vines with their viticulturists and taste the ferments in the barrel halls with their makers. Prospect House Restaurant showcases the very best of the Coal River Valley in a style that is generous yet refined. The onsite garden and orchard provide a bounty of produce that is featured daily, and the convict cellar highlights the many local vineyards.
