Replay Bar is craft beer and cocktail bar in the heart of Hobart city. The bar is based on the video game arcades from the 80s and 90s. One side of the bar is full of classic arcade cabinets and old school consoles. The other side has a line up of modern pinball machines, a sun deck and the bar its self. In the bar you can find a bunch of craft beers, Tasmanian spirits, some fun cocktails, plus all your favourites as well. Whether you go in to finally settle who is best at Super Mario Kart or just sit on the sun deck with a refreshing drink over looking the mall, Replay Bar is a lot of fun and definitely one for the list.

We head to the stunning Tasman Peninsula, home to Australia’s highest sea cliffs. Enjoy the panoramic views of the area from Pirates Bay Lookout, and along the spectacular Waterfall Bay Clifftop Track. This is one of Tasmania’s “Great Short Walks”, around 45 minutes, concluding at the rock formations of Tasman Arch and Devil’s Kitchen. We then drive on to Port Arthur Historic Site. Discover the grim and violent history of the early Australian Penal system and get a sense of the isolation experienced by the convicts in this “inescapable prison”. With around 4 hours here, you have ample time to walk amongst the main penitentiary, see the solitary confinement cells and enjoy a complimentary Harbour Cruise around the Isle of the Dead. On our return we arrive at historic Richmond Village. Meander the streets, stop for a coffee, and walk across Australia’s oldest bridge still in use – a convict built sand-stone bridge, reported to be haunted! Finally, we arrive back into Hobart around 6pm.
