The St Helens Mountain Bike Trails are located in two unique locations; You will find a series of stacked loops just south of the St Helens Township as well as an epic 42km wilderness trail that starts at the top of the Blue Tier and winds and wends all the way to Swimcart beach found in the internationally acclaimed Bay of Fires. That makes plenty of quality built trails for you and your family to enjoy! Whether you like to shred some serious downhill, enjoy some cross-country flow or just want a fun day on the trails with the family, the St Helens Mountain Bike Trails have an experience for everyone. Not only that, but St Helens is the largest town on Tasmania’s east coast and as such offers plenty for you to see and do while you are taking a break from the trails. The Surfside Beaumaris is in the perfect location on Tasmania’s East Coast. It’s located right on the beach with easy access and splendid views across the ocean. Our beautiful, glass fronted restaurant, bar and gardens all stare across at the amazing Tasmanian coast with one of the best spots to chill out, take in the views and relax. Offering e a small menu of great tasting American style burgers. Catering for all kinds of dietary requirements. Where possible we use local suppliers, free range, and ethical produce. The burgers are available in a kid’s size, there is plenty of space in the grounds for kids to stretch their legs, and you can access the beach straight across the road. Have a swim, then fill up on burgers! Perfect. We have a small bar on site, with a great range of Tasmanian beers, wines, spirits and more. We like to sell the good stuff over the bar, so expect lots of good choices and reasonable prices. We always play great tunes in the bar and restaurant, and we always have smile on our faces! In a great central location close to the Bay of Fires, Freycinet National Park, Douglas Apsley National Park and not too far from Maria Island.

Offering 1:1 sessions for remedial, KaHuna, or pregnancy massage as well as the option to add cupping to a treatment, at either my Beaumaris studio or an on-site session at your holiday accommodation. Embodied Living addresses any physical dysfunction or pain as well as emotional & mental well-being and offers health fund rebates. I host Women's retreats on both Bruny Island and the East Coast of Tasmania for those needing thew space to tune in and listen to their body and breath. Retreats are a combination of varied embodiment practices such as Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Movement and feasts of deeply nourishing meal, while being held by sisterhood & ceremony.
