Omaroo House is an 1850's renovated cottage. It combines the best of modern convenience with historic charm and will make your stay in Hobart a memorable one. This property has just had an amazing renovation and extension to the rear of the property not noticeable from the front. Omaroo House is located on the edge of the CBD within the Heritage precinct of Hobart's top-rated suburb West Hobart and is only a five to ten-minute walk to the city, Salamanca and Constitution Dock. At the front of the house, there is a lounge room to get away from the kids that sits next to the main bedroom. There is a lovely open lounge, dining and kitchen area with stunning panoramic views of the Derwent River and hills. You will see yachts racing a couple of days of the week and cruise ships regularly in the warmer months. The new kitchen is spacious, fully equipped with a Microwave, Gas Cook Top and dishwasher, the dining table seats six. There is a BBQ and as the deck is covered it can be used all year round. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third bedroom has a single bed and a rollout trundle. Omaroo House is child friendly having a portacot, high chair and a separate bath.
