Mountain View Country Inn provides comfortable and affordable motel accommodation in Tasmania's charming town of Deloraine. The inn offers a range of accommodation options including twin, double and family rooms as well as a self contained unit. All rooms enjoy en suite bathrooms, heating or reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets, LCD television, DVD player with complimentary DVD hire, free Wi-Fi access, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and parking at the door. A guest laundry is also available. Mountain View Country Inn also offers wonderful on site dining in our licenced Settler's Restaurant. Open for dinner seven days a week, the restaurant has an 1800's theme with timber furniture, large stone fireplace and early settler's memorabilia. Large windows and a decked outdoor area give diners further opportunity to soak up the mountain views. The Inn is an ideal base for exploring the north and northwest of Tasmania. Take a day trip to magnificent Cradle Mountain or plan a visit to the limestone caves at Mole Creek. Liffey Falls are within easy driving distance and the Great Western Tiers provide excellent bushwalking opportunities. Or perhaps take a walk through the streets of Deloraine and enjoy the antique shops, galleries and cafes.
