The Earth and Ocean Beach House is a brand new, architecturally designed two-story home crafted from rammed earth. Boasting 180-degree views of the coast, this tranquil retreat offers a relaxed atmosphere that will make it difficult for you to leave. Imagine waking up to the sight of the surf from your bed or being captivated by a breathtaking sunrise. A short stroll takes you to the beach for a refreshing swim or access to some of Tasmania's best surf breaks. This environmentally conscious home prioritizes natural building materials to minimise its carbon footprint. High rammed earth walls and spotted gum timber windows capture the sun's warmth during winter, while large overhanging eaves provide shade in the summer. The ground floor features three bedrooms with coastal or garden views, along with a bathroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom, separate bathroom, and open-planned living room offer spectacular views. Bi-fold doors open onto the front deck, seamlessly blending ocean views with the living space. Meanwhile, the back deck provides mountain views, late sun, and protection from the afternoon sea breeze. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from St. Helens Mountain bike park and surrounded by quality surf breaks, the Earth and Ocean Beach House is an ideal haven.
