41 Degrees South is an inland salmon farm near Deloraine, Tasmania. The Farm is a family-owned business focusing on ecologically sustainable aquaculture. Located in native bushland, the farm grows salmon in natural conditions, without chemicals or antibiotics, using environmentally sustainable practices. You can take a self-guided walking tour of the salmon farm where you will learn how the fish are raised and the water re-circulated through the natural biofilter system created by using the wetland. Explore the natural and man-made wetland areas and take a walk along the banks of the Western Rivulet to see a diverse array of vegetation from woodland to wetland grasses, and encounter the resident wildlife. Visit Georgie's Cafe to sample hot-smoked salmon products, and browse the 41 Degrees South range including whole baby salmon, rillettes spreads, smoked salts and ginseng products. Relax on the deck with a freshly prepared meal, glass of wine or hot coffee. Red Hills is 40-minute drive south of Devonport and a 45-minute drive from Launceston. Open Tues - Sun 10am - 4pm

From these, award-winning local winemakers create a perfect range of Sparkling Rose, Pinot Gris, Old Block Pinot Noir, and highly original Baco Noir. We welcome visitors for tasting and wines by the glass or bottle along with local produce platters. The Truffle Farm Tasmania was the first truffle farm in Australia and showcases the history of how they were first grown on their property and the 10-year-long experiment that led their family farm to make history. Offering on site truffle hunts where guests can watch the truffle dogs in action and even have the opportunity to dig up some magic of their own! They also have a farm-gate shop where they sell all the gourmet truffle products and fresh truffles.
