Enjoy a peaceful stay in the leafy grounds of a caravan park situated opposite a sandy beach on the outskirts of Burnie. Listen to the birds calling from the many native trees, wander along the beach, dip into the heated indoor swimming pool or just relax on the grass. Meet other travellers at the outdoor barbecue areas or in the camper's kitchen. Choose a fully equipped self-contained unit with sea view or a holiday cabin. There are also 35 powered sites, a bush setting tent site area, on-site vans and hostel bunks. You'll find a friendly welcome at this good base for exploring the beautiful North West Coast. Enjoy the fresh air, beautiful views and walks on the penguin inhabited beach just across the road. You will be based central to many tourist attractions including The Pioneer Village Museum, Guide Falls, Burnie Beach Penguin Rookery Interpretation Centre, Burnie Surf Lifesaving Club, The City Retail Centre, Dismal Swamp and a one-hour drive from the quaint old fishing village of Stanley and a little over a one-hour drive to Cradle Mountain and Lake St Clair National Park.

Choose a powered site for you caravan, motor home or even a powered tent site. Choice of 35 sites, some grass, some concrete strips and pads and a couple of gravel in case it rains. Be close to our main amenities block in the middle of the park or up amongst the native animals and camp kitchen and bathroom, at the back of the caravan park. Good laundry and free Wi-Fi. Seniors discounts and long term tourists welcome.

A Dormitory contains beds/bunks and may include adjoining bedroom(s). It typically is backpacker/hostel accommodation. Listen to the birds calling from the many native trees, wander along the beach, dip into the heated indoor swimming pool or just relax on the grass. Meet other travellers at the outdoor barbecue areas or in the camper's kitchen.

Situated at the rear of the caravan park, the camp sites are ideal to pitch a tent next to the creek or under the branches of a native tree and watch the native animals come out to play at night, or maybe stroll along the beach and enjoy the penguin parade.

We have 12 standard or family cabins consisting of a lounge/kitchen/ living room with a hallway to the main bedroom which has three bunk beds to the right hand side and entrance to the bathroom on the left. The cabins are fully self contained with kitchen, bathroom, heating and digital television with DVD player.
