Bundaleera Vineyard Cottages

Bundaleera is a boutique vineyard located on the picturesque hills of Relbia, just outside Launceston in Tasmania's north. They are a small family run vineyard offering cellar door tastings and sales, as well as accommodation. Visitors have the unique opportunity to engage firsthand with the owners and operators to chat about the wines and the daily running of the vineyard in an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. Spread over five acres with stunning views of the Relbia countryside and mountains beyond, Bundaleera provides the perfect spot for unwinding and enjoying a wine or two. Bundaleera produces a range of Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Rose and Sparkling wines. Cellar door wine tastings are by appointment.

The "Effervescence Tasmania" Sparkling Festival serves as a celebration of the world-class sparkling wines emanating from the island state of Tasmania. Described as one of the best sparkling wine festivals in the world, Effervescence Tasmania will celebrate some of the world’s finest sparkling wine in Launceston from 8-10 November 2024. From the opening black tie Gala Dinner, to the casual picnic of the Grand Tasting to masterclasses, dinners and lunches, this year's festival includes 10 events and experiences hosted by Josef Chromy Wines, Jansz Tasmania, Small Wonder, House of Arras, Bellebonne and Timbre Kitchen.

Enjoy a guided walk of the grounds while hearing about the history of the Estate and Josef Chromy Wines. We will then bring you to the Cellar Door for a wine tasting flight followed by a two course lunch of fine Tasmanian produce with matched wines in the hatted Josef Chromy Wines Restaurant. Tour price is $175.00 per person. Departs the Cellar Door at 11.00am.
