You'll find Lost Captain Restaurant & Taphouse along the banks of the peaceful Huon River. Lost Captain breathes life into the stunning heritage builidng that was once the Huon Manor. In Winter, think toasty log fires, mulled local cider and heated outdoor spaces. In Summer, think ice cold Tassie beers on tap and outdoor dining in a stunning garden by the Huon River with plenty of space for young familes. Partnering with small farms, wine, beer & spirit producers in the Huon Valley, a visit to Lost Captain is the true taste of The Huon.

Experience the fun of riding gentle rapids contrasted with the reflections of Huon pine saplings in still water on a 35-minute scenic jet boat ride. Life jackets are supplied, but bring a sweater and your camera. At least one person, and at most 24 for a ride. Group and family rates are available.

The Gallery and ART HOUSE BNB are located near the town of Huonville. Gallery in the Square has art and craft, collectables and gifts. View, and or buy original paintings and pre loved collectable paintings, art glass, wood, pottery, fibre art, sculpture and more. The gallery also houses a large collection of Kimonos and Obis for sale. The gallery is set in large gardens at the Art House on the outskirts of Huonville with rural surrounds.
