Tucked into the QV Tower and previously the old Launceston Maternity Hospital, this café has a spacious dining area with calming blue-grey walls adorned in contemporary artwork and stylishly minimalistic decor with room to soak up bright sunshine on the deck. Sumptuous modern fare takes a healthy turn with locally sourced produce that has diners returning two-fold; if stopping by for breakfast, perhaps delve into Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, poached eggs and housemade Hollandaise, on sourdough. Meet friends for lunch and savour a dish of marinated Thai beef salad, rice vermicelli, Asian salad, nam jim dressing, and crispy shallots, enjoyed with an iced latte.

Titanium Bar & Bistro located in Launceston offers A la carte contemporary Australian cuisine featuring seasonal Tasmanian produce from local growers and producers. Each tour will also give you a behind the scenes look at a distillery or brewery, where you'll get a chance to meet the people behind the products and really delve into what makes them so special. Tours offered by The Brew Hop are All-Inclusive, so you won't have to worry about your wallet on the day. You'll also have lunch at one of the fine venues and receive some inside tips from your host about getting the most out of your stay in Tasmania.
